Whether it’s 3 p.m. or 3 a.m., one thing’s for sure: Miami runs on pastelitos, cafecitos, and croquetas. And now, we’re proud to share that the Miami New Times has officially named Pinecrest Bakery one of the Best Late-Night Food Spots in Miami!

In their recent roundup, the Miami New Times described Pinecrest Bakery as “a 24-hour Cuban bakery empire” where you can always count on a fresh guava and cheese pastry, a hot tequeño, or a classic croqueta no matter the hour. They even called us “Miami’s unofficial late-night cafeteria,” and honestly… we couldn’t agree more!

Since opening our first bakery in 2012, we’ve been serving up authentic Cuban flavors day and night because cravings don’t clock out. From the early risers grabbing their morning cafecito to the night owls stopping in after a long night out, Pinecrest Bakery has become a home for everyone, any time of day (or night).

We’re so grateful to Miami New Times for the recognition and to our amazing community who make this possible: the ones who line up for pastelitos at midnight, who bring friends to try their first croqueta, and who keep the love for Cuban comfort food alive across South Florida.

So whether you’re looking for a late-night bite, an early breakfast, or a sweet pick-me-up any time in between: you know where to find us. Your table (and your cafecito) are always waiting.

Here's what the Miami New Times had to say:
