A hearty union with Joel as the bakery expert and Efrain as the logistics guru, two families merged as the P-Team. Growing up in the Little Havana area of South Miami, our families have a modern twist on Cuban tradition, and we work passionately to bring you good fresh food 24 hours a day.

Pinecrest Bakery first opened December 2012, with lines reaching out the door on early weekend mornings only a month after opening, we realized we had found a sweet-spot in the hearts and homes of Miami. #ThinkPB24Hours
