We serve authentic pastelitos, baked goods, café cubano, over 60 desserts, traditional and oven-toasted sandwiches, party platters, custom cakes, and catered family meals. We take pride in our values of quality, integrity, family, and tradition.

Our mission is to provide modern families and the 'fast casual' consumer of all cultural backgrounds with authentic, delectable, and fairly priced Latin American food, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and delivered quickly and consistently in a clean environment and upscale, home-like atmosphere.

WE ARE PINECREST BAKERY

Pinecrest Bakery is proudly owned by Joel Rodriguez, Efrain Valdes Jr., and Gladys Valdes. Joel and Efrain, the founders, first met in Little Havana, where their shared passion for Cuban flavors quickly turned into a vision. As they explored Miami’s neighborhoods, they discovered that the Pinecrest area—despite its vibrant community—was missing the soulful taste of authentic Cuban cuisine.

In 2012, they opened the first Pinecrest Bakery in Pinecrest with a mission to bring traditional Cuban flavors to the table—with a modern twist. Since then, the brand has grown and expanded across South Florida. Our slogan, "Bite into tradition," reflects our passion for preserving Cuban culinary heritage while creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.
