Brewing Community: Coffee with a Cop at Pinecrest Bakery Miami River

At Pinecrest Bakery, we’ve always believed that great things happen over a cup of coffee: conversations, connections, and community. Recently, our Miami River location hosted a Coffee with a Cop event that brought those values to life in the best way possible.

Early that morning, the aroma of freshly brewed Cuban coffee filled the bakery as local police officers joined our team and guests for a special meet-and-greet. Between cafecitos, croquetas, and pastelitos, everyone had a chance to slow down, share stories, and connect beyond the badge. 

Our team at Pinecrest Bakery was proud to open our doors for this event. We know how much heart and hard work goes into keeping our city safe, and this was our small way of saying thank you to the men and women who dedicate themselves to that mission.

The morning was filled with laughter, good conversation, and plenty of Cuban flavor: a reminder that sometimes, the simplest gestures, like sharing a cafecito, can go a long way in bringing people together.
