Pinecrest Bakery, Restauranté and Bar, is our latest new concept combination experience including the traditional 24 hour Pinecrest Bakery on one side of the venue, and our new Miami-Fusion fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar on the other side of the venue, located at 13488 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami, FL 33181, open from 11am-11pm, with brunch on Sundays, and a neighboring Pinecrest Bakery Pizzeria coming soon!
Executive Chef Claudio Bravo brings his twist of his Italian culinary background mixed with influence from his residence in Cuba along with Spanish and Peruvian infusion to bring you a fine dining experience of Miami-Fusion cuisine. Pinecrest Bakery, Restauranté & Bar, offers appetizers from ceviche and pulled pork tostones, to lamb rack, succulent fish filets, and ribeye steaks, among other showstoppers like dishes prepared on the Wok.
Our full liquor bar offers a specialty cocktails selection, including the spicy “Margarita en Candela”, and our version of the traditional pisco sour, named “La Peruana en la Habana”, among many others.
Delivery is available from either the Bakery or Restauranté from 7am-10pm, everyday of the week. Order for dinner at the house, or lunch at the office, and we will bring our great quality, taste, presentation, and price that will be sure to impress.
Claudio Bravo (43 anos) dedicado a la cocina professional desde hace mas de 27 anos. Su formaciaon comenzo en Varadero en el “Melia Hotel” y despues transcurrio unos 7 anos en Quito, Ecuador en varios restaurantes de alta cocina. En Miami desde el 2000 ha estado al frente de varios restaurantes como “Grcias Seafood Grill” y “Cibo wine Bar” en Coral gable, asi como algunos proyectos personales en el area metropolitana de San Juan, Puerto Rico.
